Terms & Conditions apply to the supply of goods from Wellington Models to you the customer. By placing your order you agree to be legaly bound by these terms and these terms will take precedence over any terms & conditions specified by you the customer.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
ACCEPTANCE
If you place an order it will be treated as an offer to purchase by you and we reserve our right to accept or reject this offer at our own discretion. Acceptance of your offer will be indicated by the dispatch of your order. At this point it will constitute a legally binding contract between you the purchaser and us the seller according to these terms & conditions.
DESCRIPTIONS
We try to provide accurate descriptions and dimensions of all products, but due to constant updates and changes by the maufacturers we cannot guarantee absolute accuracy and therefore all infomation should be treated and used as a guide only.
Pictures & illustrations featured on this site are for illustration only and may only be representations of the product described. We reserve the right to substitute alternative pictures to closely resemble the products should there be no suitable picture available to us.
PRICES & PAYMENT
We are not VAT registered company, so you will not be charged VAT on top of the price specified for each item.
All prices are subject to changes without any prior noticeor warning.
Delivery will be charged at £3.50 per order within the United Kingdom unless any special requirements have been requested by you the purchaser, then additonal charges will be agreed with you before dispatch. For non UK delivery price will be agreed with you the customer defore dispatch if amount exceeds the standard £3.50 charge.
For credit and debit card payments you details will be encrypted for security and details will be e-mailed to us with your order. Please note your card will not be automaticly debited by this site, we will manually process all payments in our shop before dispatch of your items. A credit/debit card receipt will be supplied will your items. You may pay by cheque for your order, but we reserve the right not to dispatch your items until all funds are cleared.
DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch all instock items ordered within 24 hours, but this is not always possible, should there be any long delay we will endevour to notify you the purchaser. All orders are sent by UK Royal Mail via 1st, 2nd, or standand parcel services within the UK dependant on weight. None UK oders will be sent via Royal Mail small packets.
On receipt of your goods please check that all items are in good condition and that the qauntity of items received correspond to the qauntity you are signing for, should this apply. If items are damaged or missing in transit you should refuse to accept delivery and contact us immediately.
RETURNS POLICY
If any of your items are faulty please return to us within 14 days to receive a replacement. You must inform us by mail or phone of your intention to return goods within this 14 day period. All items come with a 3 month warrenty against manufacuring faults which will cover parts and labour after th anitial 14 day period. We reserve the right to cancel warranties & charge for repairs to items that have been missused or tamperd with.
