| Product Availability |
It is normal for Japanese 'N' scale products to be sold out by the manufacturers as it comes off the production line. This means it is quite often unlikely that we can obtain more than one delivery of some items. Once we are sold out of an item it may be years before that item of similar comes around again. We will happily accept orders for any of the items listed, but you may face a long wait if not currently available. We always recommend ordering in advance to avoid disapointment.

| Maintenance |
All our imported Japanese mechanisms come with frictionless gearing using Teflon coating technology. This means they must never be oiled or greased, as lubrication will increase friction and damage the mechanism. This is the main reason why Japanese mechanisms are now the smoothest and most sophisticated in the world today. Cleaning of the wheels is the only maintenance required by the user.

Not only do these locos feature fantastic smooth mechanisms thanks to the Teflon coated frictionless gearing they also benefit from many other great features. Nearly all locos and multiple units will feature directional LED lights. These locos also benefit from traction tyres. Multiple units are fitted with low floor mounted mechanisms which allows you to see through all the windows. Most multiple units and sets will come in fantastic book style presentation cases which don't just look great but offer fantastic protection and easy storage. These very high quality models will feature many separate metal handrails and accessories on the extremely high detailed bodies.

We aim to dispatch all stocked items within 24 hours of receipt of order, excluding Sundays. All UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail, 1st class, 2nd class, or standard parcels service depending on weight at a charge of £3.50 per order. For special delivery, recorded or overseas mailing please specify on ordering and extra will be charge accordingly.
